In the design process of filling measurement, bag pulling, cutting and other links, PLC or CPU series single-chip technology is applied in combination with light, machine and electricity, which is easy to operate, accurate in bag making, and has a clean and beautiful appearance.

In the quantitative feeding process, stepper motor screw control, solenoid valve flow control, measuring cup control, high-precision electronic scale control, and injection pump volumetric measurement method are used. The measurement can be adjusted within a certain range by adjusting the coarse adjustment handle through a microcomputer.

The whole machine can automatically complete the entire process of measurement, filling, bag making, sealing, cutting, conveying, counting, etc
