Working principle of mixer machine:
The machine is composed of base, speed-regulating motor, shaft, rotary link and barrel. The loaded barrel is driven by the driving shaft to perform flat movements and rock and other compound movements to promote the three-dimensional compound motion of the material along the barrel in the hoop direction, radial direction and axial direction, thereby realizing the mutual flow diffusion of various materials. 3.Due to the multi-direction movement of the mixing barrel, the cross-mixing points of the materials in the barrel are large, the mixing effect is high, the uniformity can reach over 99.9%, and the maximum loading coefficient can reach 0.9 (0.4 to 0.6 for ordinary mixers).
